Our purpose at Lands across America is to save forest  and farmland. The destruction of this land to urban sprawl  is at a rate of 2 acres per minute across the United States . The only way to end this is to purchase this land, and the only way to purchase this land is with the help of every person. We plan on purchasing as much as possible through donations. This land will be put into a trust, where it will remain. This will prevent it's development, allowing it to be around for the use and pleasure of future generations.
